Additional enhanced features included in the Voodoo action-adventure
Released in 1999 on PC, PlayStation, Dreamcast and Nintendo 64, Shadow Man was a popular third person shooter developed and published by the defunct Acclaim Entertainment.
Based on the Valiant Comics (now Entertainment) series of the same name, it follows Michael LeRoi, the latest inheritor of the voodoo warrior moniker ‘Shadow Man’ as he combats supernatural forces attempting to invade the land of the living.
Now 22 years later, Nightdive Studios are releasing Shadow Man: Remastered to PC on
April 15, with the Xbox One, PS4 and Switch versions coming at a later unspecified date. To coincide, Valiant are rebooting the comics series for release on April 28.
First announced at 2020 PC Gaming Show, Nightdive Studios' remaster will deliver the following improvements such as 4K widescreen resolution, HDR support, improved A.I, anti aliasing, new graphical improvements and cut content from the original game.
