Australia's ultimate pop culture convention returns to Melbourne with an impressive list of guests.

Oz Comic-Con is returning to Melbourne on June 11th and 12th, showcasing the latest and greatest that pop culture has to offer, signalling the return of international guests at the first full-scale Oz Comic-Con event in over two years.


Boasting a stellar lineup, the event will feature a range of celebrities from film and television, authors, illustrators, cosplayers, content creators and immersive activations from film studios and partners. With something for every pop culture fan, Oz Comic-Con is the perfect opportunity for fandoms to reunite and revel in a weekend jam packed with entertainment.

As you weave your way through the showfloor of Oz Comic-Con, keep your eyes peeled for activations from film and television, exclusive merchandise, and interactive opportunities that are only possible in a convention setting.

In addition to a wide variety of guests and talented authors, the event also features he Oz Comic-Con Australian Championships of Cosplay is the largest and most prestigious costume contest in Australia! The Oz Comic-Con Australian Championships of Cosplay will feature qualifying winners from across Australia battling it out in the final round at Oz Comic-Con Sydney, for the chance to be crowned the Australian Champion of Cosplay!

  • Gaming Zone and Esports Tournaments

Australian Esports League (AEL) joins forces with Oz Comic-Con bringing their free play gaming zone and esports tournaments to each show. AEL recognises the importance of building ‘grassroots’ esports, delivering a gaming experience like no other to the broader gaming community. The gaming zone will showcase the latest games and products, with an opportunity for attendees to battle it out against their mates and other attendees.
