The Brisbane made sandbox indie game
The upcoming world-crafting sandbox, Grow: Song of the Evertree, developed by Prideful Sloth and published by 505 Games will be releasing on Tuesday November 16, 2021.
Not only is its release date newsworthy, but the fact Prideful Sloth is a Brisbane based company makes it even more significant for GNA (being an Australian indie game).
Listed below is the game’s official synopsis:
Long ago, the Evertree held the countless Worlds of Alaria on its branches, the infinite possibilities of natural beauty stretching across its boughs. Yet now those worlds have faded, and the Evertree has been reduced to a mere sapling by the mysterious Withering. One hope remains: the last remaining Everheart Alchemist, an ancient lineage granted the task and privilege of caring for the Evertree...
As part of the sandbox experience, players can explore the world, go cave spelunking, fish, solve puzzles, collect minerals and flowers, and uncover secrets. Build towns and help foster communities by lending a hand. Relax in Grow’s cozy atmosphere and adorable art style.
Grow: Song of the Evertree will be launching on PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on November 16, 2021.
