CD Projekt not abandoning Cyberpunk 2077

Joint CEO Adam Kicinski says the game will be continuously supported

Cyberpunk 2077 will not be scrapped says joint CEO.

CD Projekt has squashed any murmurs of Cyberpunk 2077 being scrapped due to its ever-present bugs and glitches. Despite releasing a large patch to fix a portion of the games issues, the game remains unavailable to purchase on PlayStation Store.

Speaking to Reuters, CD Projekt joint CEO Adam Kicinski said in response "I don't see an option to shelve Cyberpunk 2077. We are convinced that we can bring the game to such a state that we can be proud of it and therefore successfully sell it for years to come,"

Since its disastrous launch, CD Projekt problems has been well documented, whether its in the form of a class-action lawsuit, plunging stock prices or being cyber attacked by a hacker.

Recently CD Projekt purchased a studio in Vancouver and has plans to pursue development for two high-budget games. It has also canned the standalone multiplayer for Cyberpunk 2077.
