Long rumoured WWII Call of duty announced

Rumoured for months, Call of Duty: Vanguard has been officially announced with a new trailer and details.

Vanguard marks the franchise’s return to World War II, where players delve into the origins of Special Forces in a campaign spanning four theatres of war following four multinational characters who set the stage for Task Force One.


The game's multiplayer features 20 maps on launch, a new Zombie crossover mode, and also integration with Call of Duty: Warzone via cross play and cross gen support from launch.

Call of Duty: Vanguard is published by Activision. Development of the game is led by Sledgehammer Games, with Zombies development by Treyarch. Call of Duty: Warzone development is led by Raven Software.

The upcoming shooter game releases on November 5 on PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (via Battle.net)
